What breed of dog would you be?
“I would be, specifically, an Australian Labradoodle who was born in 2016. I would have it made – just ask her! Penny Lane was named after the famous Beatles spot in Liverpool. She is patiently waiting for a sister named Abbey Roads or a brother named Ringo Star (I have to convince my husband first!) Fingers crossed the Beatle fan in the house approves and the doggy band grows!!”
What is your favorite book?
“I loved the Cousins’ War series by Philippa Gregory because it shines a spotlight on powerful women who shaped history through their strength, determination, and political power. This series opened up a new favorite genre for me.”
Are you a good dancer?
“I am no natural on the dance floor! However, my husband and I did spend a year in weekly lessons ‘mastering’ the Progressive Texas Two Step. Now we can hold our own at the local honky-tonk kicking up our boots to, of all things, one of my least favorite music genres!”
