Fact-Finding and Presentations with Prospects ?EXPAND participates in discovery calls and presentations to customize solutions.
Vendor Evaluation and Recommendations ?Works with advisor to evaluate current plan’s vendor(s) and make recommendations on best vendor fit.
Requests Proposals from Vendors ?Send out, collect, and evaluate proposals from vendors. Works with advisor to present best solutions.
Fee Benchmarking and Plan Analysis ?Reviews plans for investment, fee, and plan design benchmarking and provides recommendations.

Direct Client / Plan Operation Support ?EXPAND will work directly plan sponsor regarding the ongoing operations of the plan, and any plan design or compliance matters.
Lead or Support Plan Committee Meetings ?Lead, participate, or support plan committee meetings. Will also maintain meeting minutes.
|ADVISOR OR INSTITUTION'S ROLE|
Serve as Relationship Manager ?Advisor is the lead relationship manager to the plan sponsor client.
Lead Participant Enrollment Meetings ?Adviosor may lead enrollment meetings. EXPAND will support as requested.
Field Participant Investment Questions ?Advisor is the lead in answering plan sponsor’s questions related to the investment lineup. EXPAND is available as needed.
Lead Committee Meetings ?Advisor will take the lead with the plan sponsor to schedule and document committee meetings.
Review Investment Monitoring Reports with Client ?Advisor uses EXPAND quarterly investment report to review and discuss with plan sponsor.
Handle Sales and Proposals ?Advisor is in the lead on all new prospective client opportunities.
Serve as Plan Fiduciary ?Advisor or Institution may service as Investment Fiduciary with support from EXPAND.
|PRICING AND FEES (PLAN SIZE)|
Annual Flat Fee Per Plan ?This fee is invoiced quarterly in arrears. If the plan has assets of more than $250,000 fees can be paid from plan assets. Otherwise fees are invoiced to, and paid by, the employer.
Pricing Based on Plan Size, Service Options, and Book Size ?This fee is displayed as an annual fee and is automatically deducted quarterly in arrears from plan assets.
Minimum Fee Per Plan ?A minimum fee to the Annual Flat Fee per Plan.
